She's been drinking Plain Whole Milk Lifeway Kefir ever since. She's never had an ear infection or major illness. My husband and I love to mix the falvored kefir with the plain so they aren't so sweet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2984881181941900038.post-9313627485943838692008-05-13T20:19:00.000-04:002008-05-13T20:19:00.000-04:00Very interesting, I actually have never tried the ...Very interesting, I actually have never tried the stuff, but I'm gonna give it a try! thanks!saffronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11616491468830558203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2984881181941900038.post-77923249040462182662008-05-12T20:19:00.000-04:002008-05-12T20:19:00.000-04:00Heheh, i know its healthy and good for digestion a...Heheh, i know its healthy and good for digestion and all but i just can't stand the taste of Kefir. Ehh I don't really like yogurt either.

but its cool to hear that you're a fan of it. I find very few people have ever heard of Kefir in the United States. When I was living in Ukraine, it was found in everyone's fridge.Tatyanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10507302176348930523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2984881181941900038.post-80100433126912705472008-05-08T17:47:00.000-04:002008-05-08T17:47:00.000-04:00interesting for sureinteresting for sureKimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12642006642368373180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2984881181941900038.post-35185916920225642062008-05-08T11:57:00.000-04:002008-05-08T11:57:00.000-04:00Yes, I was very upset at the time, but I was even ...Yes, I was very upset at the time, but I was even able to add omega 6 and omega 3 supplement (fish oils)to the kefir and he didn't even taste it!
